Handheld Battery Tester for Diagnosis of Lead-Acid Batteries. Battery testers are used to diagnose battery degradation. In addition to its ability to make accurate measurements without being affected by noise, the BT3554 features functionality for preventing erroneous measurements caused by poor measurement probe contact.
